Great UX, made onboarding easy. I was going to use Telus, but their onboarding process annoyed me and I just left their site. I came to yours and had an easy time onboarding, so I stayed
The Medicines arrived in time. Down side is that they did not have expiry date.

Great onboarding process. The team is very responsive and prompt throughout the process.
I switched to PocketPills because my pharmacies were not able to provide my meds on time and were very inconvenient. Also, I disliked standing in line at pickup, with people close enough to hear what was being said and asked to provide my name, phone number and date of birth.
A little difficult to setup and there is occasional miscommunication but the customer service is very friendly and after its all done its pretty straight forward!

When I was trying to see how quickly I could have my medication sent out, the customer service agent was really great. And the pharmacist really spent time to make sure I knew how to administer the antibiotics properly.
