Friendly, helpful all around wonderful experience. Got my prescription to me right on time, and even went above and beyond to switch it to Canada post for me when I requested the change. Also texting me updates as well as automatics ones the whole way through. Thank you, you’re all wonderful to deal with!
First time using pocket pills. Excellent experience. First medication order and delivery very easy and arrived on time.
It was honestly so easy. And I loved how I could get all updates with regards to my package just to my phone. I live in a remote area where most packages tend to get lost but PocketPills were able to deliver it to my house in a timely manner and if I had any questions I could directly text the number I was receiving alerts from and I would get a human response. I highly recommend.

What a great experience. In a world where most things are so impersonal, Pocket Pills is a blessing. They call to set you up with your own pharmacist and follow up conveniently by text to confirm prescriptions and for deliveries by courteous staff. It’s all round fabulous service. I am so happy to have found them as part of my work benefits. So much less stress!!!!
