I invited 4 companies to quote a new roof. Mac with Pointe Roofing was professional and put in the effort to inspect, explain, and suggest improvements for attic ventilation. He has a very honest approach and Pointe Roofing did exactly what they promised at a competitive price. ****, **** and the rest of the team worked hard and did a good job. I would recommend this local company for any roofing projects.
After receiving a two hour sales pitch I was well versed in roofing materials, we have a $40k quote with some special discounts ending at $32k if we signed day of. We received 4 other quotes in the valley using the same materials for $16-18k. Very disappointing. The salesman offered me another discount if price was an issue but now I simply dont trust them.
Very dishonest company, When you refuse to use them for repairs due to excessive billing they turn complimentary initial visit into a $500 fee. Not ok. And if your gonna lie to customers make sure your not on ********************** system.

Five start customer service from start to finish.
Honestly wouldn’t even give Point Roofing & Restorations a one star but I had to select something. My home was hit by a big hailstorm that required me to get new roof and siding. They came out right away to do the bid but all in all both jobs (roof & siding) took them 5 months to finally complete. Very little communication on their end until it came time for them to be paid. I have phone records and recollection of nearly 20 calls to your phone from myself alone, this does not include all of the employees working on your project or the other owner of the company. You never answered your phone or returned voice mails. You advised via email that you only wished to be contacted via email.
