Thsi is my 5 Polaris but this is the first problem I have run into with one I replaced my old Polaris and found that I'm having water pressure problems using this big hose that is attached to this new Polaris.
Difficult to get working. Pool pump pressure I assume needs to be good Have not yet managed to get product working yet. I purchased because it didn't need a separate pump but so far no luck in getting the pressure right to get it moving.
Mike M. If Polaris were smart they would stop making this 360 product. I have a 30 year old Polaris 180 that cleans circles around the 360.True you don't need a booster pump for the 360,but will not pickup the fine stuff either.Best bet is the 380.It will need the booster pump, but you can clean with just a flip of the switch.
The 380 works well with proper system. I should have purchased a Polaris 380 not a 360. This was to replace a 380 purchased 8 years ago. My 380 that was to be replaced has a booster which is not to be used on a 360. The mistake was mine I should have paid more attention. The 360 does not work with a 380 system.
A pricey disappointment. Was as advertised. Not 100% pleased with the product, doesn't clean as well as it should. Will see what the summer brings.
Very Poor, sorry I bought the 360 Still trying to make it work, I had to order a part for an extra $43.00 and it's been a couple weeks and the thing is still sitting there not running. If you have a fiberglass in ground pool you have to order extra parts, I'm sorry I bought it!
