It cleans the pool Well, when I had my pool built, almost 12 years ago, I put in the Polaris 360; it worked fine for 10 years. Then last year it was just floating, not going down to vacuum and after trying everything to fix it, I decided to get a new one. And it is good. But the reason for the four stars is that the connections, especially the last one where the hose meets the vacuum, is not very good; already twice it has come off. I got it fixed again. let's see. But I will highly recommend it.

Great performance & improvement from older mode I love this thing. Used to have the 280 I think which was the older model. It didn’t have as much suction power it seems like and also would get stuck sometimes. This one doesn’t. Not sure if this had to do with the hose it came with as this one now has a larger diameter. My pool is way cleaner than it was before. Gotta love it! Pool sweep does exactly what it needs to do…. Clean! Gotta tell you, I was hesitant to purchase because the pressure pool sweep it replaced is a Polaris and it has been terrible. I did inherit the previous when home was purchased but rebuilt the Polaris and it never impressed me. The Polaris 360 is very good at what it does and it seems to pickup everything.
Debris catcher comes loose often The Polaris unit itself was good, the only problem I’m finding with it is that the mesh bag on top keeps coming off. Seems like the plastic retaining ring is too thin to maintain good pressure to hold the bag onto the unit. This is our second Polaris unit.The first one lasted 15 years.
