Polaris 360 The belts broke after 6 months had to be replaced...it does cut down on the water flowing out to pool...you will have to run the filter longer to cycle the same amount of water before the Polaris is installed. Overall it cleans well
polaris doesn't stay on bottom this is my 3rd Polaris 360. this one however does not sink to bottom. I have tried all manufacturer settings to no avail.
Does not work! Brand new out of the box and does not clean the pool! Now I have to hassle with the manufacturer. Very poor quality.
Best value of almost anything I have ever bought!! When I bought my current house with an inground pool 15 years ago, the previous owner left the Polaris 360 with me. At the time I had never owned a pool, let alone done any maintenance on one. At first I would hook it up and let it run for a couple of hours, remove it, and then do that again 3-5 days later. Polaris 360 For what ever reason this polaris keep floating to the top and stay on the top. What is the solution?
Disappointed I am not as pleased with the Polaris 360 as I had hoped. It gets stuck by my stairs and there are areas of the pool that is doesn't clean. I thought it would clean up small particles and silt, but it doesn't.
If you're used to a SmartVac, this will work for you Here's the deal. The very best pressure vac was the Jandy SmartVac. Why they don't make them or a similar item I do not know...but we're relegated to a choice of three different cleaners that don't require a booster box. This cleaner does a good job, but the design is pretty sucky. Why with this colostomy bag I'll never know. And Velcro? Are you kidding me? Great product... At first I was sadly disappointed in the product as it did not move or seem to work at all. Then, we found out it was our filter that had to be cleaned (again). Once that happened the product did exactly as it is supposed to do and continues to do so. A great product and a wonderful vendor. Thanks!
