Had one for about 12 years and worked great cilmed walls and stairs. Motor just died Bought another one without hesitation. Would definitely recommend

The unit actually has an issue, it keeps throwing an error 10, which stops it from working about 1.5 hours after starting it. The 5 stars are because Polaris honors it’s warranty and couldn’t figure out the issue, so they are sending a brand new unit to replace this one. They seems to care a great deal about the customer experience.

This is my second Polaris Cleaner 9400 series. Love the cleanability feature of the filter. I turn it on, 2 and a half hour later I pull it out. Pool looks clean. Very good design. ptl
