I had the cleaner for 2 months and the motor on it broke. So the product itself I’m a little Leary of, although it did clean well before the motor went. What was really good was the service I received to fix it quickly and efficiently, and they replaced the motor. I just got it back and for the last week it has been good …. Hoping it was a lemon and it was just a one off that the motor blew.

I purchased another Zodiac MX8 however the tolerances were so tight that it jammed very easily from minor items in the pool. As a result, I needed something more efficient. My neighbor purchased a Polaris and advised me that it worked great. I went to Pioneer Po... read more
