The Polaris cleans and climbs the pool walls far better than anything I've used in the past.

Excellent vacuum. Cleans the pool well and easy to use. Only 3 stars because the company doesn't appear to honor their discounts. I submitted the paperwork and was told the refund was on it's was. Nothing. Supposedly, they have a quick response. Not so. I am very unhappy that they don't honor their discounts.

The Atlas pool cleaner works really well. I only gave it 4 stars, as the written instructions weren't as clear as they could be as far as synchronizing it with the pool pump as far as the correct speed of its operation. We had to watch a video on YouTube in order to see what we were doing wrong. Otherwise, it's been great so far and your rebate team have been awesome in their response time to questions and in submission of needed documentation.

Our pool servicer described the benefits of the Polaris Atlas pool cleaner to us which we had him install in November 2022, as a replacement for our old cleaner that worked with a separate motor. Not only does the Polaris Atlas keep our pool cleaner and actually removes dirt from the floor of the pool, but we find it is saving us money on electricity because it operates in unison with our pool filter.
