Really works in keeping the Polaris spray inside the pool Effective in keeping Polaris tail from spraying outside the pool. It works well unless the Polaris gets stuck near the top of pool steps, in which case a few sprays may escape the pool until the backup valve returns the Polaris to the deeper water.
Should last 10 years. I'll let you know in ten years... Replacement part for a Polaris pool sweeper. The last one lasted ten years. Hope this one does as well. I'll let you know in ten years...
