Polaris MAXX Suction Pool Cleaner
The new pool vacuum is a huge upgrade over the last one we had. It brushes the bottom while vacuuming save me a lot of time with pool maintenance.
This is a great product. The second one I purchased. Highly recommend the Polaris MAXX.
Easy to install, does a great job!
Initially the Polaris MAXX suction pool cleaner surprised me in its ability to clean the entire pool without missing a spot. However over the last 3 months it comes to a literal standstill, and when I do get it moving again it's exceedingly slow, before it comes to another stop. I have removed it from the pool multiple times, cleaned the interior, exterior and the tracks, shut down the pump, cleaned the traps, back flushed and rinsed the pump all to no avail. It is the best pool cleaner we have owned to date. In AZ, we have horrible dust storms - we can start our Polaris cleaner at night after a storm, and in the morning, our pool is sparkline clean. We LOVE it!
I had been using a Navigator to keep my pool clean for the past 8 years. The bearings broke in 2 of the wheels, so I took it in to see about fixing, and the cost for replacement parts was so high, I looked at new cleaning systems. The sales person showed me several, and I went home and researched the options and decided on the Polaris Maxx. Kudos for not asking for feedback the day after i bought it! It takes days/ weeks/months to gain a real impression of any product. So far the device exceeds all expectations! Reliable, climbs walls like a mountain goat!
