Great cleaner. Very easy to setup and it cleaned the pool in 45 minutes. We love the easy access to the filter basket. Great machine
We really like the robot. Cord can be a little difficult to wind up. Occasionally after cycle finished there is a small amount of debris left in pool. Overall we are pleased with our robot.
Love it ! We’re able to enjoy our pool instead of being a sale to cleaning it. So far trouble free 😍

The Polaris P825 Robotic Pool Cleaner is the best thing we ever purchased for our pool. It is quiet and efficient and easy to use. It leaves our pool sparkling clean and ready for a swim. I highly recommend if you want to spend time swimming in your pool and not cleaning it you get yours today.
Happy with how it operates. It seems to cover the pool area each time and works almost as well as my Hayward Aquavac. I do sometimes see small particles on the floor of the pool which I never saw after I ran the Hayward. Also I'm concerned with how well the chord end will last. It seems difficult to plug it into the control unit and the prongs look thin and concerned that they well bend and not align with the socket.
It does a great job on cleaning, but I have to say the cord gets tangled and it would be nice to have a shorter cord.

Hello Debra, Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to help resolve your cord tangling issue. There may be too much cable length in the water. Do not unravel the entire cable length. Place only the required length of cable in the water and place the rest on the side of the pool. Follow the procedure in "Cord Tangling" in the manual to avoid and correct tangled cord.
