I do love it and it does a great job on the floor but it does not seem to scale the walls up to the water line. In addition I would like to program it to run longer but I can’t seem to figure how to or if it will let me.

To address your questions: Ensure the cleaner is on the Floor/Wall setting and that the Surface Control System™ (SCS) is set to 4 if you have a smooth pool surface. I love it but it is pulling up all of the paint from the surface of my pool.

This will decrease the cleaner's wall grip, reducing traction on the pool surface.
