I do love it and it does a great job on the floor but it does not seem to scale the walls up to the water line. In addition I would like to program it to run longer but I can’t seem to figure how to or if it will let me.

To address your questions: Ensure the cleaner is on the Floor/Wall setting and that the Surface Control System™ (SCS) is set to 4 if you have a smooth pool surface. I love it but it is pulling up all of the paint from the surface of my pool.

This will decrease the cleaner's wall grip, reducing traction on the pool surface. Our pool is cleaner than I thought possible. It solved a filtration issue we were having due to new plaster.
