The Polaris works great, the only observation that I have is at times though I selected walls only or floor only, the polaris is still do both at the same time.

I have 3 of these in service right now. In total, I have purchased 7 of Polaris's robotic cleaners in the past 12 years, starting with the 9300. My Pool is almost always clean, I rarely have to brush.

The support from Polaris is absolutely phenomenal. Jailene was amazing at helping to get our pool robot going even after a hiccup. Leslie's was great at repairing and Polaris was easy to contact. We are very impressed with how the pool robot operates and how much easier it is with the pool maintenance! Our next robot will also most definitely be Polaris! The robot does an amazing job at vacuuming the pool and keeping it clean and beautiful!

I have an odd-shaped pool. It cleans part of it perfectly but not the other part regardless of recalibration.
