The cleaner works very efficiently. The only thing is I was hoping that it cleaned the steps more efficiently. Otherwise, it works very good.

Robotic cleaners have a difficult time with steps and benches, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool. Love it. Have one that is out of warranty but is getting older so when they had Polaris Days we bought another in case our other one needed service. Had bought less expensive ones in the past. Not again. Their customer service is always great. Love the features on the 965IQ. Can do everything on the app on my phone. See water temp., schedule it to clean any or everyday of the week at a specific time. Also just go to a specific spot to pick up debris. 20 stars out of 10

Neat, the mechanics of it but as far as fine dirt, it does not pick up

I am FREAKING LOVIN IT! I love how I can just place it in the pool and forget about it. Trust me I do forget about it but the app let's me know as soon as the robot has completed it's job. This has made a world of difference for me; now I can go tackle... the other 100 things the pop up on a daily basis and know I don't have to warry about the pool staying cleaned!
