My fourth Polaris - the new "robot" is great. No longer getting caught on the hose! More than worth the cost. A great value.....It works!
Decent product, cleans open areas pretty well. Downside is the unit leaves black marks in the plaster.. Stairs, beach etc.. have to clean up after a device that is supposed to clean...

Great vacuum. No hassle. The cord never gets twisted. It cleans the floors and walls very well. Way better than the cheaper vacuum we used to have that kept breaking. The longer warranty is also reassuring. Couldn’t be happier. Also, the carrying stand is invaluable
I have been very pleased with this robot cleaner. I started it last month from my phone while I was in Italy. It does a great job picking up even the finest particles too.
This cleaner is terrific and I wish I would have bought this sooner! I no longer have to spend an hour vacuuming my pool before I want to swim.
It gets the pool fairly clean but not as clean as a person with the hand vacuum. It takes over two hours for the robot to clean the pool.

Absolutely love it!
The Polaris P965iQ outperformed my expectations. It is thoughtfully engineered and designed. I've been continuously surprised by the things it can do--including flipping itself right side up when, on the rare occasions, it gets upside down. I haven't had to vacuum my pool since purchasing it. I highly recommend it to pool owners who want to stop cleaning there pools 1-2 times per week. The ROI versus the pool service was 6.5 months!
