We have a no nonsense rectangular pool that is 4 ft deep (No deep end). It does okay on the bottom only. It doesn’t get all of the dirt in the transition from the floor to the wall. Also, a couple of minutes after you put it in the water, it shows filter full. That feature doesn’t work at all.

Works great! Much better than the "pool boy" I was paying every week to do a superficial cleaning. The P965iQ picks up larger debris as well as the sand and grit that blows into the pool and is not visible to the naked eye. I'm very happy with this machine.

Great company and product. This is the third time I ordered one from three different companies. The first two never delivered. The Polaris P965iQ works very well. I purchased an ultra-fine filter, because the fine sediment on the bottom of the pool was not being picked up. Now, all is well :)

We just put in the pool last year and only had use of it for about 3 weeks before we had to close. The cleaner does not a bad job, but it continually gets stuck on the first step and cannot free itself. If we are not watching it, it could be stuck for a large portion of the cleaning time. We have to push it off the step manually to get it going again. For the price, a little disappointed that this is happening.

A suggestion that might help with the step is to ensure the cleaner cable is entering the pool at the center of the length of the pool and that only the required amount of cable is allowed into the pool. Essentially, you should only allow enough cable into the pool to cover the furthest point from the cable entry location in the pool. i just bought the cleaner. seems to do a nice job with the debris but does take longer the 2.5 hours. during the first afternoon it was running it flipped twice. i had to turn it back over both time
