I have only used it once so I cannot give you an honest answer at this time. Our first went well. My only regret was I did not buy a cordless model.

Well worth the investment. My pool is underneath the neighbour's tree (duh) and guess what its a Japanese lilac tree of top of it (dble duh). But honestly this baby it works hard, stairs and all, it does not disappoint! Its amazing! Easy to use, highly recommend! p.s. Tree trimming coming up in the fall :)
