It works well but it gets caught and tangled on the portable stairs.

We had to replace our first robot due to an electrical issue. The shop that we usually deal with now carries Polaris pool cleaners, so we decided to purchase the PCX 864. We are very happy with the Polaris product.

We are happy for the most part. Easy to operate quiet and gets most large particles however fine particles are left behind. The caddy needs some improvement. It easily tips once the cleaner is removed and the holder for the cord is in a bad spot and doesn’t hold the cord well. The door on the cleaner is also flimsy plastic. Not sure how long that will last
