    I bought a Polaris Quattro P40 about seven months ago, and I’ve had issues from day one. It never cleaned properly, wouldn’t pick up debris consistently, and now, after seven months, it doesn’t function at all. I even had the gearbox replaced once, but it still just spins its wheels and doesn’t move—whether it’s on schedule or manually turned on. I’m frustrated.     less then a year and now wont climb sides and keeps turning in center of pool , called you and was placed on a call back and never had call back . need it fixed and you cant answer to tell me how . christopher hershey 214-878-5807

    This is my 3rd Polaris machine in 7 years. The first 2 were robotic, and I had to replace the electronics cable multiple times. Moved over to the P40 to eliminate that problem. The store advertised a manufacturer rebate of $150, paid when you registered the product. The registration website was "down" for multiple days. I called in, gave them all the pertinent information, and was told to email in the same info, with pics. I did that and heard nothing.     I bought a Quattro Pro in 2020. It stopped working just before the end of the warranty. Leslie's "repaired" it twice but it still did not work. Polaris did replace it with a new one. The replacement failed a few months after the end of the warranty. I paid Leslie's to repair it, but it still did not work. Leslie's applied the cost of the "repair" to a new one, which I suspect will last around two years and then fail. I won't buy another one.

    Cleaner does not climb the walls. I called dealer over a month ago and they keep brushing me off. I paid $1,600. That’s way too much for it not to perform as described.

    I am torn on this review. When the Polaris Quattro P40 Sport works, it does a great job cleaning all over my pool. From a pure cleaning standpoint, I'd give this cleaner 5 stars easily. Unfortunately, this cleaner spends more time in the repair shop than it does in my pool. For durability, I'd give this cleaner zero stars. All that said, since first installing my pool in 2020, I've bought Polaris Quattro P40 Sport three times, so I keep coming back. I tried a different cleaner that was nowhere near as good.     I bought a P40 in Sept 22 to replace an old 360 that I was tired of working on. I was extremely happy with its performance initially. Then just about a year in, the catch basket clips broke. I could not get parts online, at Leslies and they told me it could be weeks or months to get it. I tried to just buy the whole basket with filters and all. No different.     It was an impressive device initially. Climbed walls with ease and sped across the bottom of my pool. However, after just one month it spends more time on its back than it does cleaning. It stalls at the walls and often tumbles over to its back. I have to rescue it daily. It was awesome and now it’s super disappointing.
