The cleaner is excellent. Keeps the pool perfect. The only negative is this company does not keep the customer updated about the status of the rebate.

Love our pool robot and it does a wonderful job. No stars taken away but wish instructions were better on getting the wheel rotations to the recommended levels. We never got to the recommended rotations and couldn't figure it out, but robot is working great so still happy just a little frustration.

Previous cleaner would get stuck on my steps and stay there for hours. This cleaner does a great job and rotates around so it never gets stuck.
