Purchase was on Amazon and that was all good. This is the second polaris I have had in four years. They clean very good but are not very durable as the internal gears strip easily. Should be sturdier and last longer for the price.

Having a previous Polaris cleaner, it was easy to get started. It cleaned wonderfully, picking up a lot of the silt escaping from the bag-type cleaner. So I figured the money was going to be worth it. But. A few days after operating, the hose began to twist and tangle up, to the point that it couldn’t operate. We replaced our old Polaris with the Quattro and so far we really love. It cleans the pool so much more efficiently. Not having a bag to empty is a plus. And it looks so nice in the pool. We bought it from Pool Pro in Coopersburg PA where we always do our pool business. They ordered it for us in a timely manner and explained how to install it. Great experience.
