Cleans the pool very well. I initially had some trouble with the app (I think the website was down), but I did manage to get it set up eventually and the controls on the caddie work fine as an alternative. The notifications from the mobile app are nice as a reminder to take the robot out of the pool after cleaning. It would be great if I could leave the robot in the pool and/or it could charge on solar power, but this may be asking a lot!

newest generation of VRX IQ pool cleaner works great on the floor surface and most of the walls. Better than previous models (I'm on my 3rd) However, the cleaner still does not climb the stairs or clean the stairs with manual assistance.

Robotic cleaners have a difficult time with steps and benches, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool. Love the VRX iQ+ as it cleans well and is super easy to operation and schedule. The Lift feature is awesome and saves wear and tear on the unit and cord. Newer model with tangle free cord is nice and the basket is plenty big for debris. The 4WD use of big wheels vs tracks makes it more reliable and less prone to issues. Awesome product.
