I am/was a resident of this facility Most of the aides were very courteous and quick to respond. Several went above and beyond and made our stay more pleasant. Sarah, Clare were great! Denise is a joy. Vickie in food services treated me like royalty. Joe and Urban always came right away. Several nurses Amal, Jeff, Q and others were really great. Amy help immeasurably! I am/was a resident of this facility The entire staff were all very attentive, caring and concerned. The care from the nursing staff has been exemplary. My room was clean and comfortable. Big windows that overlooked the court yard was very nice to view. The ladies in the dining room are all so patient, caring and all go out of their way to accommodate everyone. I am/was a resident of this facility I really loved this place. I want to say that Nick was very good and kind to me. He helped me a lot. The therapy was very helpful in getting me stronger and ready to return home. I enjoyed the food and made new friends in therapy so we were able to sit together in the dinning room during meal time. I am/was a resident of this facility The facility and staff are awesome! They took care of my needs and we're very responsive! The therapy staff is great they work with me so that I can go back home feeling confident. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.
I am/was a resident of this facility I was a patient at Boulevard Health Center for Rehab. My physician, nursing, and therapy department were friendly and courteous. Nursing staff was responsive to my concerns and needs. The food was very good, I was always able to substitute if the daily menu didn't appeal to me. I am satisfied with the care I received and without a doubt would recommend Boulevard Health Center to anyone who will require therapy.

I am/was a resident of this facility I highly recommend this facility. Everyone on the staff is always pleasant and helpful! Did I mention the food is delicious.... The Nursing staff is knowledgeable, attentive and will go the "extra mile" if a resident is in need of something. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This facility is one of the two top rated care centers in the area. As far as I'm concerned it is the Gold Standard by which all care centers should be compared to. My wife is a current resident and is receiving excellent care. The staff is caring, friendly and responsive. Any concerns are quickly addressed. Kudos to Mrs. Foster for her excellent service. The place is clean and well run. I am/was a resident of this facility I can only say good things about Boulevard Health Center. My stay was outstanding and Jo-jo and Darryle was extremely helpful and keep me uplifted.
