i am very upset at the way i was treated at west miffilin location i was never asked by any sale people if i needed help they stayed up front and talked to each other and when i went to cash out i had a question and the little prick working couldnt be less helpfull stay away from this location go to robinson

My parents bought their pool there a couple of years ago. Fall of 2016 we ordered a new liner that we didn’t need just so they would come out and level the land under it again. The leveling didn’t even last 1 summer, we called they were to come out again in fall of 2017, that never happened. We called numerous times with no call back and now have to level it ourselves so we can get the pool open for this summer. Their customer service is terrible.

Let’s see, jack won’t return phone calls, no one will come set up my filter, they gave me the wrong filter. Once they sell you the pool that’s the end of their responsibility. I paid $900+ dollars for installation and I have to install the filter myself
