Mark Davis was such a great help when we needed to repair our 12 year old pool. We needed a new liner and stabilizer parts that he researched and ordered for us. He was very patient and competent. We appreciate finally getting to somebody who was knowledgeable and not just trying to sell us another pool rather than repairing what we have. He followed up making sure we got the parts and recommended a pool contractor after I told him that now we are having issues with that. Great job Mark!
We love our new 21’ Quantum swimming pool! The folks at Pool City came through again with a great pool, Hayward cartridge filtration system and heat pump and a great deck. The team of installers from D&C Pool Contractors were amazing! They came in and excavated, and installed everything in one day. I highly recommend Dave and his team!
We bought our pool 6-13-22, it was delivered 7-1-22, it was placed basically in my neighbors yard on a slant and looks like it’s about to fall over. We called Steve the installers 3 times, no answer, called pool city twice and they got Steve to call us, said he’d come and see what he needed, didn’t come, said he’d come the next day, didn’t come and haven’t heard from him. Great experience buying our pool here. Ask for Mr. Carter! He is very knowledgeable and can answer all of your questions about your pool! I have never owned a pool before so this was a new experience for me . He walked us through everything and helped us find the perfect pool for us! He is a really nice guy. He is the kind of person that let's you know there are still some really nice people in this world!
Be careful purchasing from POOL CITY. We purchased a Sundance Optima 880 hot tub from Pool City in 2010. Mark serviced the hot tub when necessary without any issue. However, within the last 2 years we have had a terrible experience. We have been trying to get ahold of MARK for TWO YEARS to fix our hot tub that hasn’t been working. We have been given the run around several times, phone calls are not returned after leaving numerous voicemails, several unanswered phone calls.
