I can't say how grateful I am, Ryan from pool conceps was all booked, he understood my problem and guided me to try get my pump running so my water didn't get green, not only whst he told me worked, he took the time to of his busy schedule after a few days to check everything was running correctly. We had many decisions to make when building a pool, but after it was all said and done, we picked Pool Concepts...and I'm so glad we did. From the beginning to the end, they were extremely professional. From our sales consultant, Jason, to our site manager, Dre, the whole process was pleasant. Pool Concepts is an excellent pool builder in San Antonio. They designed and built a custom pool for us with several unique features including a waterfall, flowing pots, and installation of 6 turtle mosaics. Their design capabilities are second to none and they were able to take our desires and turn them into reality. They constructed a pool deck along with a fire pit as an added feature. Pool Concepts review - highly recommendPool Concepts built our pool in the fall of 2001. It was a great experience. Start to finish, the pool was completed in less than a month. Our back yard wasn’t huge and we wanted a lot of features—waterfall, benches, plus a deep end of at least 6 feet—a tall order! Pool Concepts is by far the best pool construction company in San Antonio! From the day we walked into the office unitl the day my kids were swimming in a beautiful new pool, they were professional, friendly and honest. We found their quality of work to be exceptional. They spent time with us in the design phase and offered advice as well as listened to our concerns and ideas. . Pool Concepts went way beyond my expectations.They worked with me to build a pool that fit my back yard and I absolutely love. The go above and beyond what other pool company's would do to make you happy.
I'm am still a few months out before I can secure the financing of my pool, but I can say this company has the most wonderful employees and excellent customer service. The show room is beautiful, as are their designs. It is obvious this family would take great care of their clients. I'm looking forward to doing business with them.
