Excellent family owned company. They are professional at each step of the process and there are multiple steps. They are upfront with the costs associated so there really aren't surprises. I highly recommend this company and can't wait to enjoy my new backyard.

We did a lot of research and asked around on what pool company was good on the area we chose pools and palms so glad we did . From start to finish ******* and **** were always there to plan and assist us with any questions we had cant say enough about the staff very professional, and we are very pleased and way to pool turned out if youre looking to go the fiberglass pool you will not be disappointed with this company
Our pool dreams have come true with Pools and Palms, ******* helped us with designing our pool build with a spa, **** was onsite and kept in the loop the entire build and ***** came by and taught us pool school. Their entire staff worked diligently and professionally to get our build done ahead of schedule. I couldnt recommend pools and palms wnough we are truly grateful
My *********** purchased a home last year. Several neighbors had a great experience with Pools and Palms and recommended them. In late Oct. 2023 we had an appt. with ******* who put us on their schedule for March 2024. They actually started even earlier, in late February, and the pool and concrete were completed by late March. *******, ***** and **** are great people who exceeded our expectations. Good experience from start to finish! Pool selection, placement, planning, installation and follow-up have been ***************** owned and operated. We were kept informed and educated through the process. Staff and management are avialable and responsive to questions and concerns. ***** showed up and performed as promised. Installation crews were knowledgeable and respectful, worked well together and left a clean orderly work site. This company met our expectations.
