Good experience from start to finish! Pool selection, placement, planning, installation and follow-up have been ***************** owned and operated. We were kept informed and educated through the process. Staff and management are avialable and responsive to questions and concerns. ***** showed up and performed as promised. Installation crews were knowledgeable and respectful, worked well together and left a clean orderly work site. This company met our expectations.

We love our pool from Pools and Palms. We did our homework when we started looking for a pool company. We googled a lot and found Pools and Palms had an awesome review rating. We looked for positive comments and satisfied customers. When we went in for a consultation we were treated like royalty. We knew soon into our meeting that this was where we were getting a pool. Horrible experience, undisclosed additional costs, poor/ ruined cement in drenching rain. Equipment cracked our patio, it also destroyed neighbors yard. He promises to use mats to avoid this and did not, he refused to repair. Had a case in small claims court against him and it was resolved in our favor. He then placed illegal lien on property even though he lost...it showed up at home sale closing. We provided documents to attorneys of court resolution and fraudulent lien had no bearing.
