All staff were very friendly, kind and patient. They also all did a wonderful job communicating the health of my child’s teeth/mouth and the next steps to take and what to continue doing.
Everyone in the office from front desk to dental staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. My only concern is the fact that masks are optional since Kalamazoo County is still listed as high risk for Covid. Because the patient HAS to remove his/her face mask, it seems like it would be safer if everyone else in the building had a mask on. Otherwise, it was a very positive experience!
Our visit was great! Dr. Jody was fantastic with Finley.
Front desk, my dental hygienist and doctor Jody were all fabulous and kind to me. Thank you to all the staff 😊
They did a great job with my daughters cap she was very comfortable!
Everyone involved was very kind, and did a fantastic job making sure that my very young granddaughter felt safe and secure.
