My daughter would put up such a fight about brushing her teeth everyday and the team came up with a solution by giving us cupcake flavored toothpaste! Something I never would have known existed! To help my son with his sensory issue of relying on his binky to chew on Dr. Jody gave him an adorable teething necklace that he has been chomping on ever since. RecommendedI absolutely love Portage Pediatric Dentistry. The office is very clean, bright and modern. The whole experience if very child friendly: two play areas in the waiting room, TVs above the dentist chairs, and an amazing staff. They have an open concept treatment area which allows me to easily sit and keep my eyes on both my kids while they are getting their cleaning and exams done. RecommendedPortage pediatric dentistry is amazing! Everyone there is so great with kids. My 2 year old daughter was terrified but the hygienists and Dr. Jody knew how to speak calmly and go slowly so she wouldn’t be so scared. They reminded me that this is normal behavior for her age, which helped me feel calm too! They even insisted that I hold her during her check up instead of sitting in the chair since she was scared. They are absolutely fantastic!
