Basic at best Every concern brought to the office is never addressed or followed up on. Absolutely non accountability. The only customer service I received here was before I signed my lease after that it’s pretty much pay rent or get these late fees. Staff has changed 3 times in less than 6 months, each new mgr/ crew getting lazier. Maintenance will close your request as completed within 30 minutes of submitting. Valet trash is charged without pick ups on a regular and they threaten you with $175 fees when leaving trash line... read more

Bad customer service Zero customer service. Pretentious, uncaring staff. Poor attention to maintenance issues... and they boot your guests' car if they go a bit over the time they've already paid.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT This apartment is terrible I have lived in Atlanta for 6 years. This is by far the worst place I have lived in. Solely due to management. Management is super rude. They have started charging for parking for guests. AC is always out and they never make an effort to timely fix it.

Do not live here if you value friends and family Do not move here if you ever want to have friends, significant others, or family visit you. Porter Westside SOLD all of their regular visitor parking to ParkMobile and REMOVED of all the overnight visitor spots. Now visitor parking is over $22 a day (and rising) and it is impossible to have people over anymore because they have nowhere to park during afternoons or weekends.
