Customer Service Ok so we all know customers service is not a thing in Atlanta but my experience with Michael at the front was exceptional!!! He was so kind and helpful. Answered all my questions honestly and was just all around a sweet human, and I really needed that this morning!

Great experience ! I’ve had a great experience here. Super diverse community and staff are amazing at resolving any maintenance or other issues. The vibe the office staff provide is awesome and Michale was wonderful at helping me with the application process and any other concerns after move in.

THE BEST PLACE EVER ! I just moved in her December and the new management is so polite and works very fast. They are very attentive and helpful with their residents. I chose a great place to stay!

Awesome experience! I have lived here 4 months and from start to finish of my move in process was and still is awesome. Immediately when I came to tour the community I was greeted so warmly as if I already lived here. The price was right and fit what I wanted in an apartment home. Its clean, upgraded, I've got wood in my kitchen & bathroom with stainless steel appliances. Excellent place, price, and staff I was truly happy and satisfied with my service at the Gables 820 West on Marietta street and their staff were very professional in attending to my needs when I most needed somebody and to help. To God be the glory. I am now with a peace of mind to think of my future GRACE, DEBORAH, & JA'ERRA are great ladies with much respect. You will definitely enjoy living here. The price is well worth the location and the awesome customer service.

A Nice Place to Call Home When I decided that I was going to move I searched for at least three months to find the place that I would call my home. Gables 820 West is exactly that for me. When I initially toured the community, the leasing agent Grace was amazing and answered every single question and concern that I had. Genuinely terrible place to live Management makes living here nearly impossible. No attempt to provide a safe environment for tenants. Nearly impossible to contact the leasing office by phone. When you go to the leasing office in person, frequently nobody is there, or they don't know how to assist with simple items. I moved out months ago and still haven't received my security deposit despite asking for it daily. Horrible place to live! This place is not what they make it out to seem. The management is horrible. I have had so many complaints and they rarely get addressed. I have sent several emails and I don’t get a response. They have security issues, pests, no A/C in 90 + degree weather. They over charge for things that are non applicable. The gates and entrances are always broken. There have been multiple car break ins and I’ve heard gun shots in the parking deck. Emergency maintenance is not taken care of in a timely manner. Horrible place to live! This has been the worst experience of my life as a renter. Nothing here gets taken care of. Everything is always broken, leaks, pests, mold, no A/C. The gate is always broken so it is not safe. The management does not care at all except for collecting rent and adding random fees.
