We have experienced this on previous dinner reservations at this restaurant - the service is very slow even to get our glass of wine we waited 15-20 minutes which is unacceptable. The food is very good, pricey and service to get the dinner was VERY slow. Allowed plenty of time for dinner before a show but it still wasn't enough to enjoy the dinner before rushing over to the concert.

The one thing that we consistently encounter at Portico is the oft rude reception when we arrive for our reservation. No warm welcome or Hello. We feel as though we are an imposition. Otherwise, the food and bar service is wonderful. If it weren't we would never go back due to the reception desk personnel.

Never had a bad experience here. from the host at the door to the server, Kelly is our usual, to the bussers. Everything and everyone is fantastic. A definite place to have a wonderful dining experience.

We hadn’t been to Portico since before the pandemic and I’m happy to say we weren’t disappointed!! The food was as scrumptious as we remembered! Large portions which meant leftovers for lunch the next day - yum! The staff was so pleasant and attentive, and the ambiance was relaxing - we could hear each other without having to raise our voices.
Amazing food! Nice atmosphere with great service.
Was very disappointed after really looking forward to eating here. They were down a fryer so anything fried was not available (calamari). Also ordered fettuccine & meatballs not realizing it was one meatball the size of a baseball which was tasteless. Also light pour on the wine
Very high class steak house. Lobster tails and Filet were awesome. Service top notch!
Always a great meal and our server Kelly is the best!!
