Quick and courteous service sll involved very professional
The service shop put in for approval for a new air filter and submitted it to Wheels for approval. After 2 hours Wheels still didn't approve the service request for the air filter replacement. Therefore, I was only able to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I feel Wheel's approval process is in need of improvement.
