I and my friends used the services of Predian Financial Services, LLC multiple times. I have re-financed earlier with them couple of times and the process was smooth and seamless. The attentiveness and online portal document process and signing is very helpful. Offered a good rate, minimal cost and great service. They were able to process the loan very fast. Miguel is very conscientious and would constantly follow up on outstanding items. He has great follow through and I was very happy with the process. Go Team Niket!

Another lender took almost 5 months to complete refinance application for my primary residence. So I decided to use another lender to refinance my another house. Niket and Miguel was very proactive and was able to close within 30 days. very smooth processing and easy to work.
