We received professional and helpful service on our Mortgage from Predian Mortgage. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner. Niket, Miguel & Yessenia was easy to talk to and made sure we understood everything that was presented to us. We were very pleased with the interest rate we received. We will absolutely use Predian Mortgage again in the future.

Found Niket and his team to be incredible. Hands down the best experience throughout the home buying purchase. Highly knowledgeable, amazing service, off the charts flexibility. I know it would have been impossible for a large lender to work with the speed and flexibility that Predian offered. Couldn't recommend more

It was simply amazing to work with Niket and Predian Mortgage. A big shout-out to Yessenia too. Both Niket and Yessenia were always available to help me with my mortgage needs, work with me for some tricky situations and ease any tensions that come with house buying and mortgages. I would highly recommend him for mortgage loan or refinance

Very pleased with the services offered by Predian and highly recommend Niket if you are looking for a Mortgage that meets your needs! Things I liked: * Understands your personal situation and listens to your needs and preferences! * Presents products and explains the pros and cons of the various options!! * Negotiates a mutually beneficial deal for all parties!!!

Had an overall poor experience working with Niket. What first attracted me was a low rate of interest that Niket quoted. by the time we locked everything the rate changed to a higher rate and i realized the extremely low rate quoted was just a way to get your attention. this is still ok. what rankles me most is that the individual promised zero closing fees.
