Both times they looked very deep into the issue, but both times reassured me that everything was completly fine. Great Buying Experience! Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful... negotiation the best price typically isn't an enjoyable experience. Matthew, Mark (sales manager) and the finance team made this entire process a nice experience. They were forthcoming, pleasant, communicative, consumer oriented and I left the showroom (the same day) with my beautiful new 2017 GMC Sierra Denali. I was not expecting everything to fall into place so quickly and so easily! Nice job Preferred GMC team!

Steve Schnettler - AMAZING SALES MAN Just bought my son a used car from this dealership in Grand Haven. Test drove many cars and the selection was plenty here. I reccomend Preferred Chevy in Grand Haven I'm very happy with the service provided at Preferred Chevy in Grand Haven. We recently moved into the GH area and selected Preferred to get our Equinox serviced. We were not having any problems but wanted our vehicle checked over before taking a long trip. They treated me well. I'd consider buying my next vehicle from them.

My overall opinion Great customer service and quality work. I went in for an alignment and while I was there they checked my car over for free. They realized my car had a recall and did that right then. Offered me a ride to anywhere I would like to go while I was waiting. Super nice waiting area. Car is fixed and I couldn't be happier.
