5 Star : My Experience My repair on my 2014 wasnt expensive, but Preferred treated my car first class. repair was awesome, they buffed my whole car, cleaned it inside and out. Not saying it is the shop's fault, as they explained it's a Ford policy. I am disappointed that Ford demands a shop to repair something and not have it look the way it was when leaving the factory. 5 Star : Customer Service Friendly, knowledgeable
