5 Star : My Experience My repair on my 2014 wasnt expensive, but Preferred treated my car first class. repair was awesome, they buffed my whole car, cleaned it inside and out. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Not thrilled with the exposed hardware in the wheel well area, as it looks completely different from the remaining 3 wells. Not saying it is the shop's fault, as they explained it's a Ford policy. I am disappointed that Ford demands a shop to repair something and not have it look the way it was when leaving the factory. 5 Star : Customer Service Friendly, knowledgeable
