Angelic really distinguished herself as compared to the other loan officers I worked with when shopping for rates, specifically in terms of her responsiveness, helpfulness, knowledge, professionalism and overall communication skills. After my initial conversation with Angelic, going with her felt like a no brainer. The closing process was quick and went very smoothly, with no surprises.
