I received the information and I’m grateful for that, but I think there wasn’t a real connection with the person that I was talking to. In the past, I’ve talked to people like Alysia and it was fun to talk to her it was really engaging. The person I last talked to was nice and professional, but I didn’t feel there was a personal connection. Not that there has to be a personal connection but it makes the phone call more pleasant. Thank you

The representatives are courteous, knowledgeable, and always follow through with whatever is required when servicing my account. The website is also very user-friendly and easy to use. Called Preferred Trust to get my Account Fee bill for 2024 late Christmas eve and Alysia called me back Thursday morning and said she would email my bill and form so that I could pay it. Within an hour I had my bill, filled it out, submitted it with my payment info, and received my Receipt documentation. Excellent service.
