Preferred Trust is an awesome company and provides excellent customer service every time I ask for assistance with my IRA account. Called Preferred Trust to get my Account Fee bill for 2024 late Christmas eve and Alysia called me back Thursday morning and said she would email my bill and form so that I could pay it. Within an hour I had my bill, filled it out, submitted it with my payment info, and received my Receipt documentation. Excellent service.
