Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Josh was my contact and Zakary was my technician. Josh was very positive and helpful on the phone. I told him my carpet issues—a lot of pet (urine) deep set stains and possible mold from a leak in an adjacent room. The carpets and ducts were cleaned well, no complaints there! However the gentleman who cleaned the home clogged our toilet and didn’t mention it, which is very unfortunate because nobody else has been in the home so thankfully it didn’t overflow. They also left the door from the garage into the home open, but again didn’t mention it. I’m pleased with the product, but not necessarily with the service.
Premier Carpeting came yesterday to clean our carpets. As always they did a wonderful job on the carpets while being careful with my cats, who refused to stay in the garage. They are polite. This is the third time I’ve used them and will continue to do so.

Premier Carpet Cleaning helped us in a big way! We are currently stationed overseas and were still able to schedule our appointment. Staff is very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable.
