I told him my carpet issues—a lot of pet (urine) deep set stains and possible mold from a leak in an adjacent room. RecommendedThe carpets and ducts were cleaned well, no complaints there! However the gentleman who cleaned the home clogged our toilet and didn’t mention it, which is very unfortunate because nobody else has been in the home so thankfully it didn’t overflow. They also left the door from the garage into the home open, but again didn’t mention it. I’m pleased with the product, but not necessarily with the service.
RecommendedPremier Carpeting came yesterday to clean our carpets. As always they did a wonderful job on the carpets while being careful with my cats, who refused to stay in the garage. They are polite. This is the third time I’ve used them and will continue to do so.
