We had just moved into a new house and had a horrible cat smell. We had a company come out and shampoo the carpets, however, there were still a lot of stains and a horrible cat smell in the carpet. I called Premier Carpet Cleaning and they sent Tevin out to shampoo the carpets! Tevin was absolutely helpful, he was very professional and kind and informational!
