We scheduled all of the carpets to be shampooed in the house we purchased in advance via their website. We selected the 2500sq ft package, and added some stairs and hair/dirt removal for 5 rooms. Stephen was the technician that came out between the scheduled appointment time (1:30pm to 3:30pm). I showed him all of the space that was needed to be cleaned, we reviewed the order, and when reviewing the order actually measured the square footage being cleaned, which help cut down the price of the service.
