We called Premier on Friday evening and had a 12:00 appointment the following Tuesday! They were great on the phone ,asked questions, and gave a quote. The quote was exactly correct when it was time to pay The price was very reasonable for 3 rooms we have a 13 yr old dog,that is not doing well As you know, that means accidents! Eathan,came and was wonderful, friendly and kept having us check the carpets as he worked we were very impressed and will call again when we need out carpets cleaned!
I was impressed with one job thought we were going to have to replace the carpet in one of our rentals and they cleaned so well it looked like brand new carpet. Great Company

I found the whole process to be very easy on my end. Scheduled online, with a follow-up call from the office the next day to check details. The techs were nice and worked quickly, in and out in less than an hour for roughly 1000sg/ft. They did a great job, even removing stains that were in the carpet when we moved in 4 years ago. Highly recommend using this company.
