Rena was very thorough with my cleaning. I was done in less than an hour. Everyone is friendly.
Dental hygienist was little tough today! If My mouth was not in correct position, twice grabbed My face and turned it. Told me that I needed to relax My mouth so she could place her hand on it, as she was harshly cleaning My tartar off In between teeth. Was kinda hard to relax, and even Tylenol only took some of the pain away. When she needed to suction My mouth , My eyes were closed, and at times I needed to assume I was to close My mouth. Just seemed like I was an interruption of her day.
It was good except I did not get to see my favorite person in the whole world, Dr Mason!

The visit was a very quick one. Totally didn’t expect that! I was very nervous about starting my treatment with Invisalign, but the staff made me feel so much at ease and explained to me what I should expect.
I really appreciate how Dr. Mark goes through everything and shows me the scans so I understand what he’s trying to accomplish. The staff is always kind and helpful. The only thing that is frustrating is scheduling appointments. There is very little availability so sometimes you are tacking on extra weeks waiting for an appointment after your refinements have arrived. I’m not sure there is much to do about that at this time until they expand their office space and staff.
I have been going to Premier Dental of Beavercreek for a while and have always received excellent care! Dr. Van EE has been wonderful and I am happy to be her patient. Everyone I have had contact with has been remarkable. Jerri, at the front desk/sign-in is always so nice and helpful. Tracy, who keeps my teeth happy and clean, is always kind and patiently answers my questions.
