I really appreciate how Dr. Mark goes through everything and shows me the scans so I understand what he’s trying to accomplish. The staff is always kind and helpful. The only thing that is frustrating is scheduling appointments. There is very little availability so sometimes you are tacking on extra weeks waiting for an appointment after your refinements have arrived. I’m not sure there is much to do about that at this time until they expand their office space and staff.
I have been going to Premier Dental of Beavercreek for a while and have always received excellent care! Dr. Van EE has been wonderful and I am happy to be her patient. Everyone I have had contact with has been remarkable. Jerri, at the front desk/sign-in is always so nice and helpful. They got me in on a Friday afternoon an hour and a half before closing for a broken tooth. Dr Holland and the staff were kind and friendly!
The technician who did the cleaning is vey skillful, no wasted motions. The dentist is always friendly and very very easy to talk with.
I was greeted immediately upon arrival and taken back for the work I was scheduled for. Everyone was pleasant and made the experience wonderful.

I had a great first experience here. I was really stressing when I went in the staff at the front desk, Annie and Autumn made me feel welcome and was so kind. Dr. Kelly came in and was very kind when I left I was not stressing and I felt comfortable. I definitely give a five star thanks.
I didn’t like my appointment time was 11am was not called back until 1130 other then that service I received was excellent
Dave was great and explained everything during my first visit. Dr. Patel was very knowledgeable and friendly! Reception was a breeze.👍🏻
