The front desk staff and dental assistant were wonderful. Very nice and personable. I had x-rays done, was scheduled for a cleaning, and only concern was sensitive teeth. My dental cleaning was horrible. I believe an air rotor was used to clean my teeth instead of a scaler and I could smell my teeth getting shaved town. Front staff seemed there to socialize. Was told cleanings were booked out til Jan, but the entire staff was standing around bullshitting, seems like you could streamline the efficiency. I came in for a specific issue, was barely addressed, instead the dr focused on teeth that I know need something, but aren’t an issue at this time, but definitely more profitable for the practice. But they were all very friendly….so there’s that?

This dentist office is money hungry and their record keeping... what a joke! We moved out of state and after a year and a half later they called us to say we owed money for a fluoride treatment given over a year and a half ago. There was no text, phone call, or bill sent for a year and a half but now they want the money. They are money hungry and the front desk lady was rude. Would not recommend this dentist office!!!!

The lady at the front desk is rude, (not like the customer-service minded Sheila they use to have). And to allow a year and a half to go by and not reach out to us to say there is a balance due, that's not how you run a successful business.
Everyone was nice but the experience was terrible
