I had a dental check up scheduled 6 months in advance for August 20 at 11:00. On August 15 I received a request for confirmation that I was coming for my appointment. Request was sent by Taryn. I sent back "yes". The night before I received another request for confirmation. I forwarded another "yes" to Taryn that I would be there the next morning. I arrived 10 minutes early. I visited premier dental in circleville and I was supposed to get a routine cleaning and I never got a cleaning done due to the staff not being organized and I was made to wait for a hour to be told I need to reschedule for another day for a cleaning because they were ready to go for the weekend. Needless to say I will not be returning to to premier dental for any further appointments.
Located the problem. Now waiting for my root canal to be performed.
I was bullied about not letting them take X-rays and I don’t do fluoride this is noted in my chart the tech was rude and went to get the dentist or speak to the dentist I left and will not be back any money I have in my account I want returned to me and trust me people will know
Cancelled appt and did not reschedule due to change to mew dentist. Continued to get appt reminders and phone calls. Then received a feedback review for the appt I cancelled and never went too.
RUDE Receptionit! Each time I have called in she makes rude, erogant, snotty remarks. This isn't the first time. But, It will be my last. I am letting everyone know Stacey, Staci? is rude.
I called and scheduled my husband for a routine cleaning/exam. She told me the price for cleaning exam and X-rays. His original appointment was in October but they called me and said they had a cancellation and could get him in earlier. His appointment was at 3:15, we get there around 2:55 but couldn’t go in any earlier than 10 minutes before the appointment, so we wait and go in at 3:05. Zero stars. I had to put at least one star but they don't even deserve that. I was treated horribly by both dental and office staff. I ended up going to Comfort Dental and they are the best.

My family and I went to the Lancaster Ohio location and I was actually treated awful by the office manager Sara. I emailed the Dr following my experience and he didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge my email!! I would never recommend premier dental to anyone!! I will actually go out of my way to talk people into not taking their dental needs to this company!!
