I can't say enough about the Drs and staff at PremierER in Temple. With a large family we have had our fair share of ER visits and EVERY time is like the first time, efficient, fast and FRIENDLY service. The staff is competent and professional ensuring you know everything about the care provided. Thank you Premier for being close and taking great care of our Family!

I am beyond impressed with this facility!!! The front desk ladies were very polite and helpful. I had an amazing care team! Dr. Smith was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done and why. The nurse that cared for me went above and beyond in my care. Thank you Rhea! The staff was tentative, patient, and kind. The diagnostics were completed in a timely fashion. This was the best care I have ever received as a patient. Thank you so much!!!

This place is amazing! I love the staff and you can really see how much Dr. Smith actually cares about people! Too bad he's not a primary care physician cuz he's awesome! Thank you guys so much for all the help <3

Zero wait time! Super clean with friendly and caring staff and medical team! So grateful to have this as an option for our community. I only paid my Urgent Care copay so it was very cost efficient for our family.

We will never go anywhere else after bringing my son here! The staff is so sweet and helpful and we were in and out so fast! I was so impressed with everything and the fact that the doctor called to check on my son after we left just made us love them even more!
